At Pause Health, we view your health journey as a partnership. We believe that you are the expert on your body, and our role is to collaborate with you every step of the way to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your care.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

20 minutes | $105

Your journey begins with a 20-minute consultation where we ensure that we’re a good fit. This brief visit allows us to take a general health history, understand your goals, and discuss whether lab work is necessary. If needed, we’ll provide a requisition for bloodwork to be completed before your next appointment.

Step 2: Initial Intake Appointment

60 minutes | $425

During this 60-minute visit, we take a deeper dive into your health history, review your lab results (if applicable), and create a personalized treatment plan together. We collaborate closely to understand your unique needs, and from there, we lay the foundation for your health journey.

Step 3: Follow-Up Appointments

30 minutes | $240

Follow-up visits are based on your individual care plan, allowing us to track your progress, adjust treatment as needed, and continue working together to achieve your goals. These 30-minute appointments are designed to ensure that you’re supported throughout your journey and that the plan is tailored to how you’re feeling and responding.
