Step 1: Meet & Greet Appointment
20 minutes | $105
Your journey begins with a 20-minute consultation designed to ensure we’re a good fit. This visit provides an opportunity to briefly review your health history, understand your goals, and explore what you’re hoping to achieve.
We’ll also discuss how we can best support you and whether moving forward with a more in-depth appointment feels aligned. Where appropriate, we may explore whether additional information, such as laboratory testing, could help inform your next steps.
Step 2: Initial Intake Appointment
60 minutes | $425
During this 60-minute visit, we take a deeper, more comprehensive look at your health. This extended appointment allows time for an in-depth review of your history, symptoms, and goals, as well as a discussion of any available information (including lab results, if applicable).
Together, we explore potential contributing factors and develop a personalized care plan that aligns with your needs and priorities. This visit is designed to provide the time, clarity, and guidance needed to better understand your health and feel confident in your next steps.
Step 3: Follow-Up Appointments
30 minutes | $240
Follow-up visits are designed to provide ongoing support as your plan evolves. These 30-minute appointments allow time to review your progress, revisit your goals, and make thoughtful adjustments based on how you’re feeling and responding.
This is an opportunity for continued guidance, check-ins, and refinement of your plan—ensuring your approach remains aligned with your needs and supports you in feeling your best over time.
